App helps you learn new habits
For the iPhone, the “New Habits app” helps you to learn new habits based on Using Micro-Learning to Boost Influence Skills in Emergent Leaders.
New Habits uses decks of cards to produce behaviour change. Each card introduces a new habit with a quote, gives some background and an actionable assignment you can start richt away.
You play one card every day or use the same card several days until you master the habit.
Decks for Motivation and Observation are included in the free version, other decks can be sold from the store. Currently it is not possible to design your own decks.
