Following the news on our government I noticed something:

These are three clippings of the same website.

1 and 2 are clippings of overview pages, the first is the “complete story” Remarkable is here that on 2 and 3 a press conference is mentioned. This press conference is scheduled for 15:00 hours, but the posting is done at 14:08. it seems that the CMS of de Stentor can manage schedulig of publishing in the “full article” but not in the “teaser” abstract.
